PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low noise type boring machine compact, lightweight and executable in a narrow space. SOLUTION: In the boring machine 16, a boring machine body 17 is supported movably along a guide cell 21, the rear end of an anchor rod (a locking bolt 8) is held to a boring rod 19 on which rotation, advance and strike are exerted by the boring machine body 17, to perform the operation of driving a rod tip into the ground. The boring machine body 17 is stored in a soundproof box 26, and an exhaust hose 25 connected to an exhaust port 24 of the boring machine 16 to serve for noise emission is inserted through a wall body and led outside.
