PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder capable of securely feeding a part of recorded medium (jetted medium), a recording device having the feeder, and a liquid jetting device. SOLUTION: This feeder comprises a feed roller 21 feeding the recorded medium P to a downstream side by rotating, a double feed restriction roller 23 installed oppositely to the feed roller 21 and restricting the recorded medium P forced to be double-fed by the rotation, and a double-feed restriction roller holder 100 holding the double feed restriction roller 23. The double feed restriction roller holder 100 can be freely rotated in a pitching direction in which the feed roller 21 and the double feed restriction roller 23 are rotated about a nipping line and a rolling direction, and rotationally restricted in a yawing direction.
