PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a conventional temperature and pressure regulator in an apparatus for supplying sparkling beverage, when the volume of the sparkling beverage in a container is not small, the spouting pressure is insufficient and when the upper layer of a sparkling beverage having a high carbon dioxide concentration is spouted, an appropriate volume of the sparkling beverage can not be spouted. SOLUTION: A valve storing member 30 to store a valve 7 is arranged so as to slide freely in the axial direction in a valve storing outer cylindrical part 57. An adjuster 32, on the end part of which a plurality of step parts are formed, is arranged so as to rotate freely between the end part of the valve storing outer cylindrical part 57 and a lid member 42. A projection 46 of the valve storing member 30 is in contact with the step parts or the like by a pressure of carbon dioxide and a rotating operating tool 50 such as a hexagon wrench or the like is engaged in an operating square hole 48 provided on the adjuster 32 to rotate the adjuster 32 to change a contacting position of the projection 46 and step parts. By this the valve storing member 30 moves in the axial direction with the valve 7 to control the bias force of a bias spring 18 to make a suitable second pressure of carbon dioxide.
