PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage can which enables the user to drink a beverage without spilling the same irrespective of the size, shape, etc. of the mouth of the user. SOLUTION: The beverage can 1 is formed of a can barrel 2 formed like a closed-end cylinder, a can lid 4 blocking an opening of the can barrel 2, an opening 5 formed in the can lid 4, and a plug 6 attached to the opening 5. An upper end of the can barrel 2, bordering on the opening is recessed inward, and a mouth resting portion 3 which is one stage lower than the other portion is arranged on the recessed portion. Then the user rests the lower lip on the mouth resting portion 3 and the upper lip on a peripheral portion of the opening 5, respectively, to seal the peripheral portion of the opening with his lips, and then inclines the can barrel 2 with his lips sealing the same, whereby the beverage is poured from the opening 5 into the mouth. By virtue of the mouth resting portion, the lower lip is brought closer to the opening 5, and therefore the user can drink the beverage without spilling the same irrespective of the size, shape, etc. of the mouth.
