摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo handling arm operation control device of a container cargo handling vehicle which surely makes the position of a hook coincide with an engagement pin by simple constitution and notifying the coincidence. SOLUTION: In this container cargo handling vehicle, a cargo handling arm 2 having the hook at a distal end is provided on a vehicle body 1 to be rotatable in a front and rear direction with a base end part as a center. A container is freely loaded and unloaded between the vehicle body 1 and the ground by the cargo handling arm 2. The vehicle is provided with a detection means 4 for detecting that the cargo handling arm 2 reaches a rotational angle set in advance when the cargo handling arm 2 rotates backward. The vehicle is provided with a control means for stopping a rotating operation of the cargo handling arm 2 based on the detection of the detection means 4 or operating a notifying means. The detection means 4 detects the angle of the cargo handling arm 2 in relation to the vehicle body 1 or detects the angle of the cargo handling arm 2 in relation to the ground.
