PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified crane apparatus for simple transfer which can be attachably/detachably fitted to a vehicle by a simple mounting method and which is light-weight and portable as a getting in/out means for transferring a physically challenging person etc. from a wheelchair to a vehicle. SOLUTION: In the structure of the crane apparatus for the simple transfer, an arm rail 12 is set to be a base body, and a driving motor 13 part is provided at its one end in a longitudinal direction, a double hanger roller 21 is provided inside the base body of the arm rail 12, and a belt sliding metal fitting 23 is positioned outside the base body of the arm rail. A belt 24 is adopted as a vertical movement function transmission means.
