PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage device to be packed into a package of small size and weight and stably held when carried, and a chair type massage machine and a leg-rest constituting the massage device. SOLUTION: The massage device 1 detachably attached to the chair type massage machine 1a formed in the shape of a chair and in the front of a seat part 2 of the chair type massage machine 1a, and comprises a leg-rest 1b capable of rotating in the front/rear directions relative to the massage machine 1a when mounted on the chair type massage machine 1a. The chair type massage machine 1a has a rotating means for rotating the leg-rest 1b in the front/rear directions when the leg-rest 1b is mounted on the chair type massage machine 1a.
