PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle structure for a game ball shooting device, which does not twist the fingers and the palm of the player, imparts sufficient fitting sense to the player, and allows the player to smoothly rotate the handle without feeling fatigue during playing a game. SOLUTION: According to the handle structure, a part 33 of a handle ring 3 is extended in a manner covering a part of a front surface of a handle cover 4, and therefore a front surface of the handle 1 is formed of the part 33 of the handle ring 3 and an exposed portion 41 of the handel cover 4 which is not covered with the part. The contour of the handle ring 3 having a finger resting portion 31 for rotating the handle, on the circumferential periphery, is molded such that a lower portion of the handle 1 is elevated frontward and that the handle front surface is gently inclined downward from the elevated top in an upper direction.
