An apparatus for cushioning an impact of automobile collision includes a support shaft fixed into a guide rail or strut by a support member, one or more rotating members, each being rotatably mounted on the support shaft and filled with gas to a predetermined pressure to absorb an impact during collision with an automobile, a rotary vane installed along an outer circumference of the rotating member for rotating the rotating member about the support shaft by ambient air, one or more lamps for illuminating the inside or outer circumferential surface of the rotating member, and an electricity generator having a stator disposed around the support shaft and a rotor disposed adjacent to the stator in the rotating member. |
