PURPOSE: A method and a system for supplying a safe payment service by using cookie information are provided to supply a safe payment service to a user who accesses a shopping mall without passing through a relay server if certain conditions are satisfied, thereby magnifying user convenience. CONSTITUTION: A relay server(200) is interworked with more than one shopping mall server for supplying a shopping mall, supplies information on the shopping mall to a user, and relays such that the user can access the shopping mall. A shopping mall information DB(201) includes each shopping mall server interworked with the relay server(200) and associated shopping mall information.
