<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote reuse of a wind/hydraulic machine such as a pump. <P>SOLUTION: When a user 1 who wants recycling requests the recycling of a pump on a Web page provided by a recycling center 3, a unique file number is given to the pump. The pump recycled is conveyed to a reverse factory 5, tested, and demolished, with its non-reusable parts replaced with reuse parts or new parts. A recyclability determining part 511 of the reverse factory provides an operator with a screen showing a plurality of attributes for determining the pump's performance. When the operator inputs the details of the attributes on the screen, the recyclability determining part 511 automatically determines whether it is recyclable by applying the details to determination rules.
