<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable acceptance/change/notification of an appointment with a hospital, a beauty salon or the like even without direct communication with the hospital or beauty salon. <P>SOLUTION: An appointment acceptance/change/notification system consolidates over the Internet all the actions that a hospital, beauty salon or the like, an appointment agency and a patient or customer take to play shared roles, wherein numerals 1 to 3 show the actions of the patient, appointment agency and hospital respectively. The hospital applies for registration by notifying the agency of appointment information. The agency notifies the patient of the appointment information via its own homepage. The patient then makes an appointment with reference to the appointment information. The appointment can be changed likewise by both hospital and patient, and the hospital and patient are notified about it by the appointment agency.
