<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management device and an information management program for facility equipment which are capable of adjusting a display position of an object easily in a GUI monitor screen to be adopted by an information monitor system for air conditioners or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The information management device for the facility equipment is provided with a display and an input. The display lists display objects for displaying information to be acquired by an information acquisition medium serially in the specified order. The input includes at least one out of a part for inputting instructions to start a new paragraph or the like, a space inputting part, and a part for inputting instructions to start a new page. The part for inputting instructions to start a new paragraph or the like inputs an instruction to move the display object to a new paragraph or to a new column. The space inputting part inputs a space equivalent to one display object between the display objects.
