ENDOSCOPIC INTRAPERITONEAL TREATMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic treatment system with which position information on a luminal organ can be grasped when the system is indwelt in the luminal organ in a human body.

SOLUTION: This endoscopic intraperitoneal treatment system is equipped with an endoscope 5 with an inserting part which can be orally inserted into the human body and has a forceps inserting duct 12, and an illuminator 10 which can be inserted into the body via the forceps inserting duct 12 of the endoscope 5. The illuminator 10 can transmit the position information on the luminal organ through the endoscope 5 orally inserted into an abdominal cavity via the stomach by making the tip end part emit light in the luminal organ in the body. Further, the treatment system is equipped with a treatment tool which cooperates with the endoscope 5 inserted into the abdominal cavity and performs treatment in the abdominal cavity.
