<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To indicate the playing level of a player in an easy-to-understand state by obtaining playing evaluation and analysis results which are more general according to a plurality of stored evaluation data. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic musical instrument evaluates a playing operation state by comparing it with the contents of model musical data according to playing operation of a playing operation element by a user to generate evaluation information DE in each playing practice, and stores playing evaluation data DHn including the evaluation information DEn in a playing history information storage means. When playing evaluation is analyzed, playing analytic data DA based upon analysis of a plurality of stored playing evaluation data DH (DH1 to DHn) are generated and displayed on a display. Further, playing evaluation to analytic data DH and DA of users of this electronic musical instrument and another electronic musical instrument can be sent and received to and from a server.
