<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for microwave heating which can be heat-cooked by a microwave oven without unsealing the container and can exhaust steam outside through separation of a heat-bonded part of a lid member to a container member at a predetermined part by the pressure of the steam generated in the container. <P>SOLUTION: The container for microwave heating is formed by heat-bonding a lid member to a container member having a flange part in a separating manner at the flange part. The lid member is folded to form pleats of a predetermined width, and heat-bonded to the container member so that a pleated portion is located at a substantially center part or in a vicinity of a center part of the container member, and parallel to the minor diameter or the major diameter of the container member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
