<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a productive efficiency from lowering by dealing with even the case, where a weld zone to be pressed from either side and a weld zone to be held from both sides coexist in the lapped parts of two sheets, by a single working head. <P>SOLUTION: With respect to the weld zone where the lapped parts 5 of a work W are held from both the sides, the lapped parts 5 are held from both the sides with an upper roller 23 and a lower roller 27. At this time, gap straightening in the lapped parts 5 is performed with a holding air cylinder 45. Further, to the weld zone where the lapped parts 5 are pressed from either side, a bracket 29 for rotation is rotated by 90 degrees to the upper roller retaining bracket 21 with a rotary supporting shaft 31 as the center in such a manner that the lower roller 27 is retreated from the pressing position so as to be located on a laser beam irradiation side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
