<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a request processing managing method with the consideration of a response load for responding to a request from a user, and also to provide its program. <P>SOLUTION: When the request from a business partner aggregation site or a non-business partner aggregation site is not identified, a management computer 21 extracts a final response time which is recorded in a user data storage part 22, and then, calculates a processing time, based on a difference between a response time to the request (the final response time) and a present request time. The management computer 21 compares the calculated processing time with a reference time recorded in a data storage part 23. When the processing time is longer than the reference time, the management computer 21 responds to the request from a request source.
