PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC girder structure and an arrangement method of a PC steel member introducing large prestresss and making use of merits of an external cable system and dispensing with a deviator by taking large deviation in the PC steel member arrangement even in the central part between fulcrums or on the fulcrum in the external cable type PC girder. SOLUTION: The girder structure of a PC bridge is an external cable type simple PC bridge in which a PC steel member 8 is arranged at the outside of the main body of the PC girder 27 that an upper flange 2 and a lower flange 3 are connected to each other by a web 4. The PC steel member 8 is arranged at the outside of the lower body of the PC girder 27, in the central part between fulcrums 6 of the PC girder 27. In the fulcrum 6 position, a deflecting pipe 24 is buried in the upper main body of the PC girder 27 and the PC steel member 8 extending from the outside of the lower main body of the PC girder 27 into a deflected pipe 24 inserted therein and the end is pulled out from above the web 4, and then, prestress is introduced into the PC steel member 8.
