PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition which can impart excellent acoustical durability to a rolling device. SOLUTION: This grease composition comprises a base oil, a thickening agent, and an extreme-pressure additive, and the extreme-pressure additive is at least one kind of the compounds represented by formulae (I) to (IV) (wherein R<SB>1</SB>to R<SB>3</SB>are each an alkyl group or an aryl group), and its content is 0.5-2.5 mass% of the entire composition.
