MOLD ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ENDLESS SCREW

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold assembly capable of shortening a processing time and capable of suppressing a processing cost low as compared with a conventional mold assembly. SOLUTION: The mold assembly S is equipped with a mold 1 for molding an endless screw comprising forming a reciprocating spiral groove composed of first and second spiral grooves to the inner peripheral surface of a longitudinal cylindrical body. The mold 1 is equipped with a main mold 30 having a recessed mold part 31, the first core 10 arranged inside the mold part 31 and the second core 20 threaded with the first core 10 to be arranged inside the mold part 31. The first core 10 has a first spiral ridge part 12 for forming the first screw groove of the endless screw and a spiral groove part.
