PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function of returning the position of a swivel plate to the center of a rotation range, for a TV stand which has a swivel function having the rotation angle determined. SOLUTION: A swivel plate A3 is provided with bosses A33 before and after a part to which a swivel plate attaching tool A4 is fitted. The swivel plate attaching tool A4 is provided with a V-shaped groove A42 in the longitudinal direction and is provided with ribs A41 in the left and the right. Tilt base metal fittings A2 are provided with positioning holes A22 respectively, and ribs A41 of the swivel plate attaching tool A4 are respectively fitted to the positioning holes A22 to determine the position of the swivel plate attaching tool A4. When a set is lifted, the position of the swivel plate is returned to the center of the rotation range by this constitution because bosses A33 of the swivel A3 are slid into the V-shaped groove A42 of the swivel plate attaching tool A4 due to the weight of the swivel plate A3 itself.
