SOLUTION: A sensor for sensing the sign of persons or a temperature sensor is mounted on a telephone in a home, a business office, etc., and the telephone is so preset as to automatically call a police station or a fire station and broadcast previously recorded contents in the event of an illegal invasion or fire. An emergency notice switch may be attached to call a police station or fire station to request an ambulance by operating one button only, and, if presetting to broadcast previously recorded contents, it is convenient for the aged or persons handicapped in talking.
