PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work progress management system allowing proper progress prediction based on a completion rate by accurately measuring the completion rate in consideration of quality of a product. SOLUTION: A definition information production means 101 constituting this work progress management system 100 stores definition information including a process (a milestone) constituting each work and achievement level calculation information in each the process for calculating the completion rate of each the work, into a definition information database 106. A work completion rate calculation means 104 acquires work results information stored by a work results management means 103 about the work included in a work plan stored by a work planning means 102, and calculates the completion rate of the work by use of the achievement level calculation information stored in the definition information database.
