PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a derailing preventing device capable of preventing the caster of an unmanned transport vehicle from derailing regardless of the traveling pattern. SOLUTION: In this derailing preventing device 1 of an unmanned transport vehicle, a slider 2 is guided to a rail 3 constituted by connecting a corner part 30 to straight parts 31 and 32, and a caster 4 prevents the derailing of the vehicle 6 supported by a road bed 5. This derailing preventing device 1 is provided with a motor 23 for making the vehicle 6 travel along the rail 3, a proximiy switch P1 fixed to one of the traveling directions of the vehicle 6, a proximiy switch P2 fixed to the other of the traveling directions of the vehicle 6 and a control means 10 for controlling the motor 23.
