PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in its initial adhesion to a plastic film made for instance of PET or to the flat metallic surface of a steel sheet, aluminum, or the like, with the initial adhesion remaining stable for a prolonged time period, and to provide an adhesive agent using the same. SOLUTION: The resin composition contains (1) a polyester and (2) a polyolefin showing a density of≥0.75 g/cm<SP>3</SP>but <0.91 g/cm<SP>3</SP>at a weight ratio of (1):(2)=100:1-50.
