PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of recording position slippage by performing synchronous detection from land prepits correctly even when a synchronous pattern is mistaken, concretely when an even synchronous pattern is mistaken to be changed into an odd synchronous pattern in an optical recording disk. SOLUTION: When the even synchronous pattern is detected from an odd synchronous pattern detecting window, a synchronization locking flag is made to be an unlock.
