PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a phenomenon of dripping and falling from a coolant nozzle when a coolant liquid remaining in a coolant supply pipe leaks out of check valves. SOLUTION: The check valves 26a and 26b with a pilot open by pilot pressure, are arranged in coolant liquid supply pipes 20a and 20b on the upstream side of mist generating parts 18a and 18b, and pilot pressure is taken in from an air supply pipe 19.
