PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can easily collect and store rainwater when the rainwater is desired to be secured as water for living use in the suspension of water supply due to disasters etc., and when the rainwater is desired to be secured for water sprinkling in the greening of a roof floor. SOLUTION: A rainwater collecting body 3, which is provided with a water collecting part 1 and a water storage body 5, is made portable because it can be structurally folded by means of a folding support rod 3a. Connecting pipes 13 are connected to the collecting bodies 3 so as to collect and store a large quantity of rainwater, and the collecting bodies 3 are connected to a large-sized water storage tank 15.
