METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a mold capable of manufacturing a porous body. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the mold is constituted as follows. A layer 23 of a heat resistant inorganic material is positioned to a part desired to make into a three-dimensional porous structure at the surface layer part of a wax pattern 31 as a lost form pattern and it is formed. A ceramic precursor slurry 52 is coated around the wax pattern 31 to which the layer 23 of the heat resistant inorganic material is formed. After that, heating processing is applied and the wax pattern 41 is dewaxed. After that, a shell body 71 is formed by calcining the film 51 of the slurry 52. The layer 23 of the heat resistant inorganic material is formed to the surface layer part of the cavity 61 of the shell body 71. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
