PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine by which game balls in game ball passing pathways and/or members provided in the game ball passing pathways make actions never occurred before. SOLUTION: With the pinball game machine, when a game ball enters a game ball passing pathway 210, it falls while rotating in a spiral and a spirally turning member 216 turns by the own weight of the game ball. In this way, a player can enjoy viewing both movements of the game ball in the game ball passing pathway 210 and movements of the spirally turning member 216 and can experience a novel sensation. Also, since game balls are discharged from various positions of a ball exit 212H of the game ball passing pathway 210 by the rotation of the spirally turning member 216, the direction of falling of the game balls which fall onto a lower rolling part 220 can be widely varied.
