FLOWER VASE OR ORNAMENT USING TAKE-UP CORE, AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a flower vase or an ornament which is excellent in appearance by making effective use of a take-up core which is to be disposed of. SOLUTION: In production of the ornament, the paper take-up core is cut to a predetermined length to obtain a cylindrical body, and a stem of the cylindrical body is scorched by a gas burner as appropriate. Then scorched carbonized portions are removed from the cylindrical body and further the remaining portion is coated with a paint. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
