The invention relates to a dosing device comprising an inlet opening and an outlet opening and an interposed feed chamber. At least one drive shaft is provided in said feed chamber around which drive shaft feed cells are radially arranged that transport material picked up at the inlet opening to the outlet opening when the drive shaft rotates.
