The sliding element (1) is assembled of a cylindrical main part with an upper collar and two lateral openings. Two separate elements are held inside the openings by a sleeve (3). When the sliding element (1) has been moved upwards along the shaft in order to spread the spokes apart and to open the textile cover the sleeve (3) is also moved upwards across the lateral elements pushing a hook-shaped extension protruding from their upper edges into a circular groove located at the appropriate height at the upper shaft segment.
