<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable communication in which, when performing telephone conversations through a TV telephone using a user's own substitute picture instead of the user's true picture, the user's present conditions are transmitted to the other party almost accurately while preserving mutual privacies. <P>SOLUTION: Environments around user's mobile phone are detected by a GPS sensor 4, a timer 5, an optical sensor 6, a temperature sensor 7, and microphone equipment 8. The substitute pictures are formed which reflect costumes, accessories, motions, greetings, backgrounds, BGM or the like, and then are communicated mutually to perform the telephone conversations.
