<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a conference system in which a plurality of processors for conference are communicable with high reliability by avoiding interference of radio or leakage of information, shut down of communication due to spatial interruption of spatial optical communication, and confusion due to connection of a large number of cables or long routing thereof while reducing the cost of construction and equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The light guide sheet for conference comprises a sheet-like light guide means 201, two sheets of reflective sheet means 202a and 202b, a plurality of light aperture means 6 provided in an upper layer side reflective sheet means, and an optical path converting means 205 provided directly under the light aperture means. A plurality of conference PCs are connected with the light aperture part of a light guide sheet for conference provided on the top plate of a conference table through a photoelectric conversion unit. Consequently, optical transmission communication can be effected among PCs through the light guide sheet for conference and transmission of light in the light guide sheet for conference is not impeded even if conference materials or various apparatus are placed thereon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
