<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable base material which can be substituted for either the hard tissue or the soft tissue of a living body, and which is used as a three-dimensional culture medium with which prosthetics stable enough to be assimilated is performed and a vital function is sufficiently shown. <P>SOLUTION: By connecting porous ceramic particles via cells, a sheet-like carrier is formed. By piling the carrier, a biological prosthetic material or a three-dimensional cell culture medium is formed.
