<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit with a surface emitting laser that can highly precisely monitor a light emitting amount of the surface emitting laser over a long year, can be miniaturized and can be simply manufactured, and to provide a method for manufacturing the surface emitting laser, and electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit has a transparent substrate 10, the surface emitting laser 1 comprising a micro-tile element stuck on the transparent substrate 10, an integrated circuit chip 20 mounting a flip chip on the transparent substrate 10 and arranged so as to cover the surface emitting laser 1, and a photo-diode 2 included in the integrated circuit chip 20 and arranged so as to be opposed to the surface emitting laser 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
