PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor and a refrigerant cycle device, preventing occurrence of damage caused by liquid compression of a second compressive element while improving compression efficiency in an intermediate cooling circuit. SOLUTION: The compressor 10 is provided with in its sealed container 12, an electric element 14 as a driving element, and first and second rotary compressive elements 32, 34 driven by the electric element 14, and provided with the intermediate cooling circuit 150 for sucking and compressing a refrigerant compressed and delivered by the first rotary compressive element 32 to the second rotary compressive element 34 and delivering to a gas cooler 154, and also for radiating the refrigerant delivered from the first rotary compressive element 32.
