PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder assembly having a structure applicable to a very small compressor, the compressor with the cylinder assembly applied thereto, and a device having a refrigerant circulation circuit with the compressor applied thereto by increasing the reduction effect of discharged pulsation, and simplifying the structure of the cylinder assembly. SOLUTION: The cylinder assembly comprises a cylinder block having a compression chamber and a pair of discharge mufflers with one side thereof opened, and a frame to be coupled with the cylinder block to cover opened sides of the pair of discharge mufflers, and at least one flow passage is provided on a coupling surface of the cylinder block and the frame so that refrigerant freely flows between the pair of discharge mufflers.
