PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular telephone and a control program of a battery of the cellular telephone which are devised so that minimum the communication can be secured to prevent a user from being not able to use a calling function in making a call because the user enjoys a function of viewing broadcast such as television broadcast too much and runs out of the capacity of the battery. SOLUTION: The cellular telephone is provided with a plurality of batteries, power source is supplied from the plurality of batteries according to its uses, and if the residual capacity of the batteries becomes small when the user watches television, the telephone notifies the user of the fact to restrict watching television.
