PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate sophistication/leveling/standardization of inspection technique levels of equipment personnel by unifying traffic lines of equipment inspection, using a computer in comparing two equipment images and determining a difference, and using an inspection guide; and relatedly, ensure a building owner a significant cost reduction by restructuring outsourcing. SOLUTION: A shortcut equipment inspection traffic line 2 created by a computer program shortcuts duplicate equipment inspection traffic lines. A computer checks equipment images 6 in the preceding and initial installation statuses with an input equipment image 7 picked up in the current status, so that even low level equipment personnel can inspect a wide variety of equipment with accuracy/precision. An inspection guide 13 usable also for training is used to facilitate sophistication/leveling/standardization of equipment inspection technique levels of low level equipment personnel.
