PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid draining device improved in its recovering efficiency with respect to the fluid draining device recovering a refrigerant from a used refrigerator and the like. SOLUTION: With respect to a rubber member 17 for sealing to prevent the leakage of the refrigerant from a bored pipe 18 in the fluid draining device 11 for recovering the refrigerant from a pipe 18 of the used refrigerator and the like, the reliability of the rubber member 17 can be secured by having an approximately disc-shaped contact part 17b kept into contact with the pipe 18, and a base part 17a, and repeating its expansion and contraction by applying the shape similar to beads of an abacus, and the pipe can be easily bored and hardly collapsed by changing the shape of a pipe receiving face of a pipe receiving part 19.
