PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified polyolefin composition for bonding having a high interlayer bonding strength especially in a high temperature atmosphere, and a laminate using the same. SOLUTION: The modified polyolefin composition for bonding includes (A) a propylene polymer, (B) a tackifier, (C) a graft-modified modified propylene polymer, (D) a high pressure low density polyethylene and (E) an amorphous or a low crystalline ethylene-α-olefin random copolymer in a specified ratio. All or a part of the component (E) may be graft-modified. The layer consisting of the modified polyolefin composition is laminated with at least one side of the base material layer in the laminated structure. Preferably, the base material is covered with a vapor-deposited layer of an inorganic substance such as aluminum oxide. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
