PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicament for treating and preventing bacterial cold water disease of fish. SOLUTION: A bacteriophage specifically infecting Flavobacterium psychrophilum and carrying out the bacteriolysis thereof is contained in the medicament.
