PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily makeup cosmetic which has excellent functional characteristics such as extendability, adhesiveness and moisture touch, excellent makeup effects such as gloss and color development, and an excellent lasting performance for the characteristics with the lapse of time. SOLUTION: This oily makeup cosmetic is characterized by formulating di(phytosteryl, isosteryl, cetyl, stearyl, behenyl) dimer dilinoleate and a hydrophilic polymer-treated pigment.
