PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hopper having a dust collecting function capable of efficiently collecting dust at low cost. SOLUTION: The hopper 20 used when handling a powdery and granular material loading the accumulated powdery and granular material on a truck or conveying it on conveying equipment such as a conveyor is opened at upper and lower parts, and provided with a dust collecting pipe 21 with suction holes arranged along an inner periphery of an upper end part.
