CANOPY STRUCTURE OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canopy structure of construction machinery capable of securing view for operation and the easiness of getting on and off while meeting the requirements for TOPS. SOLUTION: In the construction machinery, a working attachment swinging in the lateral direction of a machine body is installed at the front part of an upper structure. An operator's seat is disposed on the widthwise one side of the machine body and an equipment storage part is disposed on the widthwise other side of the machine body. A canopy formed around the operator's seat 5 comprises a front side column 16 vertically installed at the front of the operator's seat 5, a rear side column 17 vertically installed at the rear of the operator's seat 5, side columns 18 vertically installed at the side of the operator's seat on the getting off side, and a roof 24 in which a rigid body is formed by connecting the upper end parts of the columns to each other. The front side column 16 is disposed near the equipment storage part 6 side and the side columns 18 are disposed on the outside of an operating body 15 to form an opening part S' to secure the view for operation of the working attachment 10 swung to the operator's seat side on the diagonal front side of the operator's seat 5.
