<p>A method of diagnosing a carrier of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency, which comprises: a step (A) in which a reactive fluid containing a compound represented by the following general formula (I): (I) (wherein R<1> and R<2> each represents hydrogen, nitro, cyano, carboxy, or halogeno; R<3> represents alkyl or alkoxy; and M represents an alkali metal or ammonium) and a color former reagent is mixed with a blood sample drawn from an examinee; and a step (B) in which the liquid mixture obtained in the step (A) is examined for coloring.</p> |
