PURPOSE: A film forming mask, an organic electroluminescence panel, and a method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescence panel are provided to prevent a degradation of display performance at the outermost edge of a light emitting region. CONSTITUTION: A film forming mask(10) comprises openings(10A) which are arranged in correspondence to the film forming pattern for forming a light emitting region of an organic electroluminescence device; and pseudo openings(10D) arranged at the outside of the region including the openings such that the pseudo openings are not used in formation of organic electroluminescence layer. The pseudo openings are formed at the position corresponding to a display region, and form a pseudo pattern(20) of organic electroluminescence layer in an adhesive region.
